Smile! I have to write about this because it can be the ROOT to your GROWING into what ever you want for you life. You may not of truly thought on this before. I want to help you to tap into something that you already have with in you, and may not of even thought about it.

The unknown POWER of a smile. First, it can benefit you, Second, it can benefit others. YES, a smile can change lives, both for you and for others. I want to have you think on this so you can put a smile on your face to aid you in achieving your overall wellness for your life.

You see, when you smile you feel good. It is the start of feeling happy. A smile can bring  joy to yourself. It would be for you to feel good. By smiling, you can start to believe in the hope that is within you to achieve what ever. It can be the starting point as the root to getting things done. A smile can create belief. A smile can heal the soul. It can up lift you. It can take you to places that nothing else could. I simple smile has MUCH POWER to it when you use it to create joy. Weather for yourself or to bring joy to others.

A smile has you feel and look successful. You appear as though your doing well. It can bring much value to what ever you re trying to do. A smile can even bother the right people. A smile is a good thing. It can be the start and the finish of any day or activity. It is something that money can’t buy. It also is something that can help you to attain the money that money can’t buy. Interesting isn’t it. A simple smile can change how you look at things. a smile can change how you do things. A smile can change what you have and where you may be going. A Smile!

Smile As a Child:

Smile as a child. Have you ever notice that it is so easy for a child to smile? It don’t take much to have one smile ate you. They just seem to have this joy of the unknown. Everything seems good to them do they just smile. That smile most always brings a smile in return. No matter how you may be feeling, when this child gives you a smile, you most likely smiled back. Weather you wanted to or not. Lets face it, a smile from a child brings us a joy and a belief that hey, this child is doing well, that they are happy. All just because they smiled.

We need to do the same. We should work on our walking and living with a smile. Everywhere we go. In everything we do. It just can rid us of any anger or sadness we may be facing. It is hard to have anger or to be sad if we are smiling all the time. I want to challenge you. Make a commitment to yourself to smile all the time. Make a real effort to have a smile on your face at all times. Think of it every moment of the day to smile. See what it may do for you. Make it a habit. Use it as a tool to bring joy and wellness back into your life. That it may help you to reposition yourself to achieve all you was created to be.

It is interesting how people will give up on their dreams and goals in life. When things look bad, as if they can not achieve what they first started out to do for their life.

Because we have been programmed to believe the only way to achieve our goals and dreams is to focus on having a job, to work hard so we can then one day have a piece of this thing called the American pie. The first step in achieving your goals and dreams  for your life is to give yourself permission to do it! We don’t always think of this as something we need to do. Sometimes we may think we can’t do something because we don’t really know how to.

So we won’t give ourselves permission to even try. Only because we don’t know what to do or even how. So we live our life without, because we didn’t give ourselves permission to go for it. To learn that we can do and have this thing we desire. So start by giving yourself permission to try. To make mistakes along the way. To learn from doing somethings wrong to get it right. That you truly don’t fail unless you quit!

Learning From Experience

It is good to learn from past mistakes. Doing something wrong. I won’t say or think of the word failure, because I believe one don’t really fail until they quit before they get to achieve their task at hand. Quitting is not an option. Not if you really want want you are longing to have for your life. It’s important to stay focused. You are going to need to hang with others that see you achieving your dreams and goals. People that are truly with you. The hardest thing sometimes is pulling away from those you care about because they truly are getting in your way rather then being a help in you achieving your quest. Sometimes helping you is just letting you do it! Anyone understand what I am saying here? It is vital for you to hang and be around those that will have a positive affect on you and not infect you with negative remarks or energy. You truly don’t have time for this kind of thing. In order for you to be successful, you need to come above all this. Because your future is depending on you.

It’s Your Future

Realizing that your future should be important to you, because this is where you will be spending it, should be a help in you getting there with the things you want to have and want to be doing. Because your future will come either way, with or without the things you want.  You get to choose how it will turnout. It goes back to what I have said before, The best way to predict your future is to create it. Knowing that each day give us the opportunity to start in achieving this is a great gift we can give to ourselves.  So, don’t be afraid to take chances on living your dreams. Going after the things you truly want to have and do for your life. It can be done. Sometimes we just need to reposition ourselves to be able to do these things. Doing things others may not see as being possible for us to do. The reason I can be who I am is because I am willing to do what others won’t, I am willing to believe as others refuse.  I am who I am because I can be. Because I gave myself  permission to achieve my quest. I will not fail, I will not quit! I will only move forward!

It is so important to follow your dreams you want for your life. The sooner the better. However, in some cases one can come back to their dream and start fresh at an older age. Although the sooner one goes after their dreams and goals for their life, can and will change how their life can and will unfold for them.

If possible, don’t delay on going after that dream or goal. Because as we do get older, they may be harder and take longer to reach. Earlier I spoke of getting to the root of why one may be at where they are in life. This is so important to understand and change. I start with financial wellness because this is an area most people have a problem in. I feel the hardest thing a person can face is working through having the hard times, depression and or anxiety’s one can have. This may happen because of all the things that are going on in our lives and we really don’t know what to do with it. There are many reasons that can bring this on. Some from in which we would never realize. This has happened to me. Learning to get through it is the key to having the freedom your looking for. My personal testimony tells a little about what had happened with me.

When your going through hard times. And don’t feel as if you want to do anything, this is a serious thing. Learning to take action anyway to help you work though it is important in overcoming it. Some cases one may need to see a doctor. I know I did. However I was able to use a nutritional supplement to help aide me to wellness in this matter.

When you fall on these hard times, feeling as you have no hope or energy to do the things you need to do, you need to regroup yourself fast. Shake it off the best you can. Get the help you need. When I say help. It can even be talking to a good friend. Anyone who will listen to you. They are not there to fix it for you, but to just listen and be an open ear. The only one that is able to do anything about how you feel and how to overcome and get you out of this state of mind is you. However, you may need some help in doing this as I did. Faith is the substance of things hope for, the evidence of things not yet seen. This is something one needs to remember while they go though hard times in life. If your unemployed, out of work or just having some rough times in life. Remember the ingredients to have faith is belief and hope.

You need to have belief in that hope to create faith. This is a powerful concept. If you can create real belief in that hope of what you want, it will turn that into faith and you will truly become or have what ever that hope is.

Understanding that you don’t need to stay where you are in life is very important. If your unemployed and out of work, you can change that. Just develop the ingredients of faith by applying belief and hope into your life to achieve what you are wanting to do and attain.

Don’t get stuck on the fact you are unemployed, out of work and have no job! Because the truth of the matter is, you don’t need a job! You need an income!
